So third week on my gluten free diet and I have cheated today… ugh epic fail, I ate some cheeze-its for breakfast. ugh epic fail… well I have one more week left, I will do better the rest of the week!

day two was a success  I had gluten free waffles, gluten free blueberry yogurt, nuts, salad, veggies up the hello…lmao!!!! I am more hungry though, but i eat way more healthy things…. 

Tomorrow will day number 1 of my gluten free diet….

my whole body is shaking from working out for 30 mins

I did one round of of yoga-dance hybrid workouts

I wall sit for a minute

10 crunches, 10 push ups (girly style >_<)

30 inner leg work outs on both sides

i have 291 more calories to consume to reach my 1250 calorie intake for the day. By dec11, i should have met my goal!

Red Clover Lemonade Ingredients: 3 cups Red Clover blooms 4 cups water 1 1/4 cups lemon juice 4 Tbsp honey 1. Boil the blooms in the water for 5-7 minutes.  2. Strain 3. Add lemon juice and honey to the remaining liquid.  4. Stir, then chill for two hours.  5. Serve over ice.  6. Enjoy!

people at my campus job tell me I have lost weight this summer!!! Monday 17th I’ll be back in the gym! this cold has finally left! minus the nasty old lady cough

So today I went back to the Gym!!! YAY still have to drop the last 15 before January 2013!!!! 

So I did the weight lost program on the elliptical-30 minutes=270 calories burned

food I ate today:

Sunflower seeds

All fresh fruit cup ~ so good

two cheese sticks

baked Jalapeno chips~ i know I know

Black Iced coffe

2 water bottles

1 zero vitamin water

veggie burrito!

Doing good. tomorrow morning b4 work the squeeze workout off Hulu.com
